Department Responsibility

The finished quality control department is divided into a drying inspection department and a finished quality control department, while the first department is responsible for inspecting appearance defect of dried semi-finished cloth, and the second department is responsible for comprehensively controlling quality of finished cloth in accordance with standards required by the customer, including AATCC, M&C, ASTMD, ISO and JIS standards, and raw material defect, weaving defect, dyeing defect and after finishing defect shall be inspected for the finished cloth.

 

Staff Composition

The department has a chief quality engineer with at least 10 years experience in knitted fabric quality control, which is fully responsible for analyzing process quality control capability, improving abnormity, implementing patrol inspection and control of process quality, making, propelling and implementing quality training plan. Each shift has a finished control foreman with at least 5 years experience in knitted fabric quality control, who is fully responsible for control of finished inspection, treatment, investigation and analysis on customer complaint and sales return, reply improvement and corrective and preventive action, arbitration, analysis and treatment of enterprise quality abnormity. Each cloth inspecting machine is configured with an inspector, who is primarily responsible for measuring physical quality of cloth cover, for example, gram weight, width of fabric and so on, checking whether the color is accepted and contains any defect or not, recording name and quantity of defects on an inspection record, and counting amount of total defects and rating and grading each piece of cloth in accordance with requirements.

He has been engaged in knitted fabric inspection control for 18 years with rich special knowledge and experiences in inspection, knows various inspection standards and application of various standards well and he is skilled in analyzing cause of defect of knitted fabric, making quality report and cost analysis, making and implementing non-conforming product preventive action, developing quality assurance program and propelling total quality management activity.

With at least 5 years experience in knitted fabric quality control, I am fully responsible for control of finished inspection, treatment, investigation and analysis on customer complaint and sales return, reply improvement and corrective and preventive action, arbitration, analysis and treatment of enterprise quality abnormity.

Inspector:Qin Feng

It’s more than a job, it’s responsibility. As an inspector, I talked with customers a lot and I am aware that it’s not I have to or I should, but I must check all rolls of fabric carefully, leaving no defective to customers.

 
 
 

Introduction of instrument

Dozens of special tension-free automatic tracking cloth inspecting machine are configured, which adopt dual frequency conversion control to achieve free tension, no shrinkage and no latitudinal arc of fabric curl; an infrared electronic automatic edge alignment system is internally installed to keep volume cloth and cloth edge tidy; the light and light pipe system is adopted to adjust luminance so that the quality of cloth cover is clear at a glance. In order to avoid the damage to quality of cloth cover, the electronic automatic meter is used to accurately measure cloth yard and weight.

The inspector should carefully fill in the cloth inspection record form and internal abnormal quality report, and feed back to the production workshop to ensure the formulation of the preventive and corrective actions in time.

 

Technical Information

As the last quality control department as well as the most important department, the finished control department always strictly controls quality, and screens and inspects defects that may occur in each link of production so as to ensure each piece of cloth delivered to the customer is the good. Defects that may occur in each link of production include:

Defects of raw material include: uneven yarn, yarn knot, uneven knot, unevenness, dead cotton, cotton seed hull, foreign fiber, card nep and so on, our factory will set up and adopt incoming material inspection procedure and refuse to warehouse non-conforming products, and further help the raw material supplier to analyze the cause and feed back improved results and opinion;

Weaving defects include: needle mark, needle leaf mark, missed stitch, tuck stitch, flying, oil stain, broken yarn, indentation, barre mark and so on, equipment blank inspection and control procedure should be set up for these problems, blank warehouse inspection rate should be over 30%, non-conforming products are refused to warehouse, and we will help the weaving factory analyzing the cause and feeding back improved result and opinion;

Dyeing defects include: color tone, color spot, flooding, fuzziness, crease line, uneven shade, soft spot and so on, which are fed back in the internal abnormal quality report to the dyeing department, and we will help analyze the cause and make preventive and corrective action, and further reply improved results to the dyeing department;

Finishing defects include: arc, skewing, uneven cloth cover, unstable gram weight, unstable width of fabric, rolling mark, which are fed back in the internal abnormal quality report to the finishing department, and we will help analyze the cause and make preventive and corrective action and reply improved result to the finishing department.
