The principle of the antistatic finishing is to increase the surface conductivity of the fiber and reduce the friction by lubrication.

Currently, the method used in the company is the composite spinning method, i.e., the fiber is made into the sea-island-type or core-sheath type composite fiber, wherein the island phase or the core portion is a polymer component containing antistatic agents while the base polymer as the sea phase or sheath portion has the protective effects on the antistatic components to maintain a lasting antistatic property without losing the original style of the fiber. To make the fabric with antistatic properties, the amount of the antistatic fibers mixed in the fabric will be more than 50%.

Tests show that our anti-statistic fabric can decrease the half-life of electrostatic voltage to 1.2 second and resistance of textile from 1013Ω to 108Ω.
