Zenkung Central Testing Laboratory is the inner quality inspection center of products of Zenkung Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., and it is mainly responsible for the inspection of inner quality of company’s products according to the standard test method required by customers.

Since founded in 2012, with the great attention from the company leadership and hard efforts of employees, the Central Testing Laboratory has become a high-quality laboratory with larger scale and more complete testing items. At present, the laboratory has more than a dozen employees, dozens of sets of test equipment, with an area of nearly 300 square meters. And many testing methods with international standards (such as AATCC and ASTM, ISO, BS, EN, GB, JIS, M&S) accepted by the trade are available to detect the inner quality of knitted fabrics. These qualities mainly include:

1. Physical test: water shrinkage, Torsional degree, fabric width, fabric weight, bursting strength, fuzzing and pilling, knit fabric count, fabric appearance, etc;
2. Fastness test: fastness to washing, fastness to rubbing, fastness to water, fastness to perspiration, fastness to light, fastness to color matching, fastness to oxygen bleaching, fastness to chlorine bleaching, fastness to non-chlorine bleaching, fastness to saliva, fastness to hot pressing, fastness to color bleeding, fastness to perspiration and light, etc;
3. Chemical test: phenolic yellowing, fiber composition analysis, pH value test, formaldehyde content test, etc;
4. Functional test: stretch, recovery performance, moisture absorption and perspiration, water repellency, oil repellency, soil release and other special tests.
Now, the comprehensive strength of the laboratory has gained the recognition of national and international companies.

It is responsible for the control on physical indicators of fabric finished product, and conducting the inspection test according to customer requirements. It generally adopts such standards as AATCC, M&S, ASTMD, ISO, JIS to conduct test, makes the evaluation by contrasting with the standard according to testing results, and issues the test record.

There is two testing supervisor engineer, with more than 15-year experience in test management. He is fully responsible for the management of testing items of finished products, conducts the guidance and training of various test methods, make the evaluation on test results, participates in drawing up quality assurance plan, and promotes the management activities of comprehensive quality. There are two testers per shift, with more than 5-year experience in test. They are fully responsible for the test of items, record the test results faithfully, and conduct the rating according to the standard. For those failing to reach requirements, they shall timely report the result back to production department.

Testing supervisor engineer:Zhu Xiaocui

she has been engaged in the test of knitting fabric for 15 years, with rich experience and professional knowledge in testing. She is familiar with standard values and test methods of all kinds of test items, good at the measurement of knitting fabric and formulation of improvement measures, and helps the production department analyze causes and develop preventive and corrective action.

Tester：Wang Li

With more than 5-year experience in test. She is fully responsible for the test of items, record the test results faithfully, and conduct the rating according to the standard. For those failing to reach requirements, she shall timely report the result back to production department.

Tester：Wang Yan

With more than 5-year experience in test. She is in charge of conducting the inspection test according to customer requirements. It generally adopts such standards as AATCC, M&S, ASTMD, ISO, JIS to conduct test, makes the evaluation by contrasting with the standard according to testing results, and issues the test record.
